About Our Grow A Tree

Grow a tree foundation was established by experienced environmental practitioners whose passion for trees transcends beyond geo-political boundaries. We have been alarmed by the unsustainable rate of deforestation across Southern Africa.

The realization that communities and individuals alike do not have a clear understanding of the values of trees in their lives led to establishment of Grow A Tree Foundation. The Foundation aims to create awareness on the value of trees, reduce deforestation and heavy dependence on trees by promoting the use of efficient clean energy
